Members may earn rewards through participation in promotional games.

Rewards may be credited to a Reward Balance within the member dashboard. The Reward Balance represents promotional rewards earned through member participation.

URC reserves the right to review and verify all reward activity prior to approving redemption requests.

Members may request redemption once the minimum redemption threshold has been reached.

URC may request identity verification before processing redemption requests.

URC reserves the right to decline redemption where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.

Members may purchase additional spin packs or bonus game entries.

These purchases provide additional opportunities to participate in promotional games but do not guarantee rewards.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

URC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform.

Accounts in breach may have rewards removed and access revoked.

URC may modify promotional structures including reward values, game mechanics, promotional availability and redemption thresholds.

These adjustments may occur to maintain the fairness and sustainability of the platform.

URC makes no guarantee that the website or promotional games will be available at all times.

URC shall not be liable for technical interruptions, connectivity failures, platform downtime or delays in redemption processing to the extent permitted by law.

URC encourages responsible participation. Members should only spend amounts they are comfortable with. Promotional games are designed for entertainment purposes and should never be treated as a financial strategy or source of income. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
